Our French dream property search started in 2018. After countless hours researching properties online and driving thousands of kilometers between Jersey and France, we had many disappointing experiences with viewings that did not match the property agencies descriptions or tell the whole story. We purchased our property in 2021 and following six months of renovations created the now successful Four-Star Perigord Tourism rated Beauchamp Self-Catering holiday homes in the Dordogne. During 2022/2023 we were independent Sales Agents for a large reputable French Estate agent in the Dordogne. This combined experience is the reason we decided to offer our independent services and experience to future purchasers.

We spent countless hours researching the estate agent sites, as well as receiving property details that were not relevant to our search. It is an extremely time-consuming process which we can take care of for you.

If you decide to renovate or refurbish your property you might be in a situation where you cannot be present all the time to supervise the works. We can be on site to ensure that everything is going according to plan. If you need a gardener, a renovation company, plumber, electrician etc., we can assist you in finding the right person for the job. We will obtain quotes for you and monitor their work.

Homeowners may require a simple key holding service. With this service we propose a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly visit to your property to do a check and make sure everything is in order. We will also be available to go to your property in the event of an emergency. This service reassures all our owners that someone is always ready to give access to the property during their absence.

Following extensive careers in the Corporate sector, including Property Management and Acquisitions, we went on to manage the Water’s Edge 52-bedroom Hotel and six two-bedroom self-catering apartments in Jersey and leased Chateau de Douzens in the mid Pyrenees where we created a successful B&B and Chateau hire business.
